SC Notice to HC Registry on DJS Exam Row

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued notice to the Delhi High Court Registry on a plea alleging arbitrary evaluation of answer sheets in the Delhi Judicial Services (DJS) examinations held last year.

A Bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra admitted the petition filed by the Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL) through advocate Prashant Bhushan challenging the DJS results.

The Bench, however, refused to stay the interviews for the selection of District Judges which are scheduled for Thursday.
