Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Gaya, Bihar for addressing a grand rally. This is Modi's second visit after last month's Muzaffarpur rally, ahead of the coming Bihar assembly polls.
"Modi reached Gaya in an Indian Air Force aircraft," a district official said. Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah and several union ministers and senior party leaders received Modi.
According to police, nearly 5,000 security personnel have been deployed for the rally.

Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally in Gaya, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today took a jibe at his government, saying the Centre responds and acts only on networking site Twitter.
Highlights of PM Modi's Speech:
- Can sense the wind of change indicating that Bihar has decided on Parivartan as the number of people gathered have doubled from the last time I visited Gaya.
- Terms Bihar government as Jungle Raj and asks to elect BJP led government for creating a new, modern and strong State.
Assembly elections an opportunity to change the 25-year rule Nitish-Lalu and their "arrogance and deceit".
In 10-12 years BJP in Madhya Pradesh has resulted in MP no longer being a BIMARU state and Bihar needs to elect a BJP government to come out of the category.
- When tourism will develop in Gaya, everyone will benefit from it and then there will be no more poverty.
- The PM slammed the present government by asking who is to be blamed for having only 25,000 engineering seats for 80 lakh students while even smaller states like Himachal Pradesh have more.
Amit Shah spoke ahead of PM Modi:
Just ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech, BJP President Amit Shah gave a speach in Gaya. He expressed that Modi ji wants electricity, water and employment opportunities for each & every village of Bihar.
He said that on this day Gandhi ji gave the slogan of 'Angrezo Bharat Chhodo' (Quit India) and people of Bihar must also pledge to put an end to jungle raj.
If Bihar wants progress like Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan then they should elect BJP to power, said the BJP chief.
