4 Bike Thieves Arrested in UP

BIJNOR: Police have arrested four persons involved in bike theft and recovered 10 motorcycles from their possession.

Bunty, Prem, Shahrukh and Sahil were arrested yesterday from a railway crossing at Rampur Balki village here during vehicle checking, they said.

During interrogation, they confessed to their involvement in bike theft cases, Additional SP (City) Kalpana Saxena, said, adding that they used to sell bikes at a meagre price of Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000 in nearby districts.

The police also recovered 10 bikes.
