NEW DELHI: India’s latest dossier on international fugitive Dawood Ibrahim contains his latest photograph and his wife Mehjabeen Shaikh’s travel papers and phone bills.
According to information provided by security agencies, Dawood has four Pakistani passports but mostly uses the one issued in the name of Shaikh Abdul Rehman in Mali. The passport no. A-1332945 was issued in April 2005. His Pakistani passport numbers that are part of the dossiers are passport no. G-866537 issued in Rawalpindi, passport no. C-267185 issued in Karachi, passport no. G-886537 issued in Rawalpindi and KC-285901 issued in Karachi.
Apart from the Karachi Development Authority address, Indian agencies located nine other addresses in Pakistan as the hideout of Dawood. Moin Palace, near Abdullah Shah Gazi Dargah, Clifton, Karachi, 6/A, Khyaban Tanzeem Phase-V-defence Housing Area, Karachi, ISI safe house located 20 km from Islamabad on Islamabad-Murree road, Margalla Road, P-6/2 Street No. 22, House No. 29 Islamabad, 17 CP Bazar Society, Block 7-8, Amir Khan Road, Karachi, 30th Street in Phase 5 extension of DHA in Karachi, 8th floor of Mehran Square, near Pardesi House-3, Talwar Area, Clifton, Karachi, and a palatial bungalow in the hilly area of Nooriabad in Karachi were among the hideouts.
Dawood is the neighbour of PPP president Bilawal Bhutto, who lives at main Margalla Road F-6/2, House No.7, Islamabad, according to the dossier.
Mehjabeen holds Pakistani passport no. J-589103, Dawood’s son Moeen holds Pakistani passport no. J-588518, his daughter Mahrukh, married to the son of ex-Pakistani cricketer Javed Miandad, holds passport no. J-563473. Dawood’s younger daughter, Mehreen, holds passport no. J-563439. His brothers, Anees and Mustaqim hold passports no. H-144394 and KA-713357.
