NEW DELHI: On the Armed Forces Flag Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today hailed the valour of the soldiers and asked countrymen to pledge to contribute towards the welfare of their families.
"Armed Forces Flag Day is a day to remember the valour of our armed forces & donate generously for the welfare of our armed forces personnel," he tweeted.
"Our armed forces sacrificed their lives for us. Let us pledge to contribute towards welfare of families of the brave personnel," Modi added.c
