NEW DELHI: There are apprehensions that the Chief Secretary of Delhi D M Spolia, who is about to retire on February 27 this year after getting a month extension, might be transferred within a few days of AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal’s swearing-in ceremony.  During his previous 49-day regime, Kejriwal had removed Spolia in view of his close proximity with former CM Sheila Dikshit. In August last year, the BJP government had removed S K Srivastava and brought back Spolia as the Chief Secretary. Kejriwal might reinstate Srivastava, who is the current Financial Commissioner, as the Chief Secretary.
