A biker was severely injured on his face, head and neck after a woman who was reportedly drunk with her two friends slashed him with a paper-cutter in a violent road rage incident in Mumbai.
The victim, Irwin Cardozo was heading back home after a gym work out on Tuesday where a 21-year-old college student Mihika Wadhone and her two friends Siddharth Yadav and another anonymous person travelling in a white car braked suddenly.
Irwin riding behind it had to apply emergency brakes to avoid a crash. The road rage incident turned violent when the person assaulted him with the cutter which almost cut his jugular veins.
The Malad police are on the lookout for the anonymous person who fled the scene and have arrested both Mihika and Siddharth on charges of endangering life and personal safety and for causing intentional insult.
