Delhi court defers hearing of former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar's bail plea in fake degree case for June 16.
The court rejected Tomar's request for interim bail saying it will further "complicate" the matter in the present circumstances. The court also dismissed Tomar's plea challenging his police remand in the case but grants him liberty to file a fresh plea.
