I Already Knew About Asim Khan Two Weeks Ago: Yogendra Yadav

I am happy that I am away form the muck of Aam Aadmi Party. It is no different from BJP or Congress. First Jitendra Singh Tomar and now Asim Ahmed Khan, all the cases that have come to light are clear case of plausible denial.  More and more evidence comes in and they keep on denying when the cost of the denial becomes unbearable you pull out, you drop.

I got to know about this clip around two weeks ago. Someone claiming to have a clip of Asim taking bribe. Many people come to me everyday with these things but I don’t pay attention as uncovering the present AAP is not the only goal in my life. I asked the person to get me an original copy of the clip, when I saw the entire conversation between Asim and the other person I was not surprised. His voice and him asking for Rs 6 lakhs made me click. I sent the copy for verification after that you know what happened. I sensed there was an attempt of cover up by the party.

Let me tell you there many more disclosures to come, names that have come so far were not even our list that we presented. Much more serious offenders still exist in the party what we protested for. The real question one should ask is why the party has shifted from its original promise of providing clean politics? Why these people were appointed in the party made law makers when everyone knew about this.

This is exactly what Amit Shah would do. They keep on denying the evidence for many days then Modi and Shah decide that we will not support this person anymore and then you see a different tone the next day.

I am not the right person to say whether the party should weed out these kind of people, but all the indications point in that direction. From here I see and wish that even a little bit of this attention the drought would get. Country is facing one of the worst droughts and it should get more attention.
