As a part of his 3 day visit to Leh-Ladakh and  Line of Actual Control (LAC) on the India-China border, Home Minister Rajnath Singh spent a night at the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) post in Dungti.

Rajnath along with other Home Ministry officials reached Jammu on Monday to meet senior ITBP officials and a local delegation. He was accompanied by ITBP Director General Krishna Chaudhary during his 3 day journey across the international border.

After spending the night in the ITBP post on Wednesday, the Home Minister described his visit as an 'amazing learning experience' and added in a tweet,"On reaching Tagyarmale post I had the first hand account of the situation near the LAC."
