Delhi government gives additional charge to four IAS officers

Delhi government today gave additional charge of several departments to four senior IAS officers in order to ensure smooth functioning of works.

NEW DELHI: The Delhi government today gave additional charge of several departments to four senior IAS officers in order to ensure smooth functioning of works.

According to an order issued by the Services Department, Janak Digal, a 1985-batch IAS officer, who is currently CMD of Delhi Finance Corporation (DFC), will hold the additional charge of Principal Secretary (Urban Development) as incumbent Ramesh Negi today retired.

Besides, another IAS officer Sandeep Kumar, who is presently Managing Director of Delhi Khadi and Village Industries Board (DKVIB), has been given additional charge of Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Transport).

Revenue Secretary A Anbarasu, a 1996-batch IAS officer, will also hold additional charge of Secretary of Services Department. Another officer A K Singh, who is currently Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Labour), will hold the additional charge of Secretary (GAD).
