Mentally challenged man run down by goods train in Rajasthan's Bundi

A reportedly mentally-challenged man was on Monday mowed down by a goods train at a railway crossing in Keshoraipatan town of Bundi district of Rajasthan.

KOTA: A reportedly mentally-challenged man was on Monday mowed down by a goods train at a railway crossing in Keshoraipatan town of Bundi district of Rajasthan, police said.
 
The man, aged around 45 years, died on the spot after he was hit by the train. The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained as the body was severely mutilated, said ASI Guman Singh.
 
The loco-pilot of the train informed the Government Railway Police (GRP) about the mishap, following which they rushed to the spot, he said.
 
The body is currently at a local government hospital, police said, adding efforts are on to establish the identity of the deceased.
