On the night when 23-year-old Nirbhaya was gang raped and left by the roadside in Delhi, police from two police stations had an argument regarding the jurisdiction.

At the same time, the bus was driven around the city by the rapists for almost two hours after the incident without being chased by the police.

One of the policemen who had an argument was given the charge to investigate the Nirbahya case and now it turns out that he himself is a sexual offender. Station House Officer Anil Sharma has been accused of sexually abusing a woman and beating up minor children during a raid in Delhi.

According to the FIR filed against him, Anil Sharma has allegedly insulted the family calling them 'pigs' and was later threatened to conduct a fake encounter.

According to Indiatimes, Sharma arrested some minor children forecfully. When one of the family members' wife tried to save the children, Sharma is accused of trying to “disrobe her by trying to tear her clothes and touched her private parts.”
