Delegation Led by Aligarh Muslim University V-C to Meet PM Modi Today

NEW DELHI:  A delegation led by Aligarh Muslim University vice chancellor Lieutenant General (retired) Zameer Uddin Shah and director of Forum for Muslim Studies and Analysis Jasim Mohammad will on Saturday meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The delegation also comprises AMU’s Pro-V-Brig (retd) S.A Ali and Shia cleric Maulana Kalbe Sadiq.

The issues likely to be discussed in the meeting include restoration of minority character of the AMU which is at present pending before court.
