NEW DELHI: Congress managers are trying hard to turn the tables in PM Narendra Modi’s parliamentary constituency Vadodara.
Party strategists have been implementing a plan to win over the urban voters by holding special conclaves for the youth and women. Starting with Rahul’s interaction with youth in October, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Sachin Pilot and Shashi Tharoor and Sushmita Dev have been deployed to connect with youth and women.
