NEW DELHI: The BJP chief Amit Shah will be camping in Andaman and Nicobar island for two days from Tuesday as part of his countrywide plan for party expansion work. Shah will meet intellectuals in Port Blair and hold discussions with them on a host of issues.

“The BJP chief will be visiting the polling booth number 233 at Dairy Farm, as is the exercise during his visit to each of the state. He will also be interacting with the elected representatives of the party and brainstorm with them on a number of issues before the organisation,” said a senior party leader.

Incidentally, the BJP chief has embarked on his 110 days long plan to travel each of the state and union territories in the country to expand the party base. Shah had launched his nationwide programme from Naxalbari in North West Bengal. So far the BJP chief has visited West Bengal, Haryana, Telangana, Lakshadweep, Gujarat and Kerala.
