NEW DELHI: Delhi police anti-terror wing special cell has arrested commander in chief of KCP (Poirei Meitei) on Thursday early morning along with a woman.
According to the police, accused has been identified as Khoirom Ranjit alias Rocky alias Great Macha. Accused was arrested from a house situated in east Delhi Mayur Vihar area. Ranjit is Commander-in- Chief of KCP. Cops have also arrested one woman residing with him.
"He is wanted in various sensational terror attack in Manipur. He came to Delhi to meet someone along with a woman. We will produce him in court in afternoon," a senior police official said. KCP is involved in various crimes including terror attacks. This group is divided into multiple cadres, was mainly active till 2012.
