CHANDIGARH: The Punjab and Haryana secretariat building was evacuated on Thursday after it received bomb threat emails, police said.
Police personnel rushed in, moved the employees to safety and started a sweep of the secretariat located in Sector-1 here, they said.
This came a day after several schools in Chandigarh received bomb threat emails.
However, after detailed inspection, no suspicious or explosive material was found in the schools.
