Netflix has bought Anna Kendrick’s directorial debut film Woman of the Hour at the Toronto Film Festival. As per Deadline, the deal was closed at $11 million.
This is a psychological home invasion film, movingly played with twitchy nerves by Kendrick in a performance starkly more dramatically intense than her usually more comic screen roles.
