The appellate tribunal decided last week to send the case back for fresh review after Rohan Choksi appealed, citing that he is “not guilty by association”.
The Antwerp court earlier ruled that Choksi, key accused in the Rs 13,850-crore PNB scam, faces “no risk” of unfair trial or ill-treatment if extradited to India.
