The examination centre authorities were reportedly aware of only two locks on the boxes carrying the question papers, while Mukhiya had access to a third hidden lock.
Sanjeev Mukhiya was serving as a technical assistant at Horticulture College, Noorsarai (Nalanda) when his name figured in the NEET UG 2024 question paper leak case.
A three-judge bench, led by Chief Justice of India (CJI) D.Y. Chandrachud, along with Justices J.B. Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, dismissed the review petition on October 22.
To access the NEET UG documents, the students have to visit the UMANG or DigiLocker platform and log in with their credentials following which the NTA scorecard and OMR answer sheet can be accessed.
