Nagpur police commissioner Ravinder Singal said they were probing social media posts circulated around the time of the violence, and some people involved in uploading them have been identified.
The demolition was initiated after Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis warned of bulldozer action against those accused in the recent Nagpur violence.
