Justice Ravinder Dudeja passed the order while dismissing Yadav’s appeal against jail authorities’ October 29 order rejecting his furlough application.
The two-judge bench of the top court, headed by Justice M M Sundresh and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, in their order on Monday refused to further extend the interim bail of Yadav.
The court directed that Yadav be produced before the trial court within seven days and appropriate conditions be imposed on him by the trial court before grant of furlough.
Imposing conditions, the top court on April 24 directed the convict to remain confined to his house in Ghaziabad and communicate with the case's witnesses, including Katara's mother Neelam Katara.
