In the chargesheet, the anti-terror agency charged Pakistan-based Saeed in his individual capacity and also as chief of the banned LeT and its active proxy organisation, The Resistance Front (TRF).
The attack is considered one of the deadliest attacks on civilians in recent years. The attackers targeted victims after identifying them by their religion.
In a post on X, the President paid tributes to the victims of the attack and said such acts of terror cannot deter the country's "unwavering commitment to peace and unity."
Shah remembered those killed in the Pahalgam terror attack last year, while Kharge also saluted the valour and sacrifice of the armed forces who fought during Operation Sindoor.
