SBOA School & Junior College (166 points) bagged the overall championship in the CBSE Cluster 5 Athletic Meet at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.DR NKVV, Korattur (161) came second.
S Vignesh (Vels Vidyashram Sr sec school, Pallavaram) clocked 22.8 secs to win the boys U-19 200m. E Alvin Chris Daniel (St John’s English School & Jr College, Besant Nagar) with a timing of 23.6 finished second, followed by Mannaki Sohliya (St Joseph’s Residental School, Sriperumbudur) on third spot (23.7). In the U-19 girls category, B Dhanalakshmi (SKNS PMC, Perambur) triumphed in 27.5 secs. K Abinaya (Dr NKVV, Korattur) claimed the second spot (28.4). Third place went to V Divya Priya with a timing of 29.8.
