Sherwood Hall Senior Secondary School, Chennai defeated Bala Vidya Mandir, Chennai 42-32 in the final to lift the Cluster-V Basketball tournament for CBSC Schools conducted by ABACUS Senior Secondary School at Tirupur recently.
This is their fourth consecutive win and thereby they earned a berth to play in the All-India Cluster Basketball tournament to be held at Jaipur, Rajasthan in the 1st week of Dec. Top scorers for the winners were Nikhil Pandian and Jonathan Kennedy with 16 and 15 points respectively.
