Court allows Emaar accused to visit Shirdi

HYDERABAD:  The special CBI court on Wednesday granted permission to Tummala Ranga Rao, one of the accused in Emaar scam to visit Shirdi for three days. With the CBI counsel stating

HYDERABAD:  The special CBI court on Wednesday granted permission to Tummala Ranga Rao, one of the accused in Emaar scam to visit Shirdi for three days.

With the CBI counsel stating that they had no objection, the CBI court granted permission to Ranga Rao to visit Shirdi for three days from April 21 to 23.  Rao was already granted anticipatory bail by the special court and was asked not to leave Hyderabad without its permission.

The court had earlier allowed another accused in the Emaar case Koneru Rajendra Prasad to visit Sabarimala for five days.
