HYDERABAD: The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Hyderabad organised a special Adalat for Haj pilgrims here on Monday and distributed a total of 507 passports.

The pilgrims were recommended by the Andhra Pradesh, HAJ committee.

Regional passport officer, K Srikar Reddy stated that with the distribution of passports, the total number of passports issued to HAJ pilgrims this year has reached 1,200.

Reddy further said that all passports distributed on Monday are exclusively for travelling to Saudi Arabia and is valid for eight months from the date it was issued
