HYDERABAD: Chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, a sportsman himself, gave priority to sports and youth services in the budget presented by finance Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy in the Assembly on Friday. The allocation to the subject was hiked by a whopping 83 percent. The government will spend Rs 200 crore on constructing stadiums including open-air theatres in all Assembly constituencies.
