Three Dead, Six Hurt in Road Mishap

KADAPA: Three people, including two women, were killed and six others were injured when the auto rickshaw they were travelling collided with a mini lorry at Udumvaripalle village of Pullampet mandal on Friday.

According to Pullamepet police, the mishap occurred when the autorickshaw carrying 15 persons took a sudden turn to avoid collision with a stationary trailer and in the process rammed a mini lorry.

While auto driver Raghavulu (26) died on the spot, Chittamma (45) and Siddamma (36) succumbed to the injuries later. The injured were admitted to Rajampet Government Hospital.
