TIRUPATI: More amenities would be provided for the visiting pilgrims at the TTD’s Andhra Ashram in Rishikesh, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) joint executive officer P Venkatrami Reddy has said in a press release.
Reddy had inspected Andhra Ashram in Rishikesh along with a team of TTD officials on Sunday. Additional accommodation for the pilgrims would be constructed shortly at the Ashram, while expressing satisfaction over the maintenance of 65 rooms presently available in the Ashram.
He also visited the mango gardens and suggested the officials concerned to make use of it for the cultivation. He further instructed the local AEO to seek the co-operation of local government departments, NGOs and give wide publicity about the activities of the TTD in promoting and propagating Sanatana Hindu Dharma and Venkateswara Vaibhavam.
