The special court for CBI cases on Saturday handed over the summons issued to the 14 accused in the fourth chargesheet filed in the Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s alleged illegal assets case.
The chargesheet dealt with the Vanpic project.
The CBI would issue summons with the help of prison authorities for those in jail - YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, former minister Mopidevi Venkataramana Rao, IRAS officer KV Brahmananda Reddy and industrial Nimmagadda Prasad.
Roads and buildings minister Dharmana Prasada Rao, who is also an accused, is likely to be given the summons on Monday.
