Rally marks Gurajada fete end

Thousands of students took out a rally from the Gurajada Appa Rao statue to the Police Parade Ground in the town and sang the famous song penned by the writer, 'Desamunu Preminchumanna - Manchi Annadi Penchumanna',  on Friday. Ghazal Srinivas took the lead in the mass rendering of the song.

Political leaders cutting across party affiliations, officials and students took the oath to fulfill the ideals of Appa Rao. The collector flagged off the rally which was jointly organised by the Sai Foundation and the Cultural Federation.
