Fed up with frequent domestic quarrels a man killed his wife at Daddishankar colony here on Monday. According to police Syed Afzal was married to Nasrim Begum 13 years ago in Hyderabad and have been living there. They moved to Adilabad only two months back.
The couple used to frequently quarrel over petty issues since Syed was unemployed. On Monday morning Syed and his wife fought again and in a fit of rage he killed her with an axe resulting in her instant death. Later he fled the scene. Police filed a case and took up investigation.
