A division bench of the High Court on Tuesday directed all the private medical colleges to submit the list of students who filed applications for the management quota seats for admissions into MBBS course for the academic year 2012-13.
The bench comprising justice V Eswaraiah and justice N Ravi Shankar passed the orders in a PIL filed by the Save Merit Society complaining that the private medical colleges have played havoc with the admission process in respect of ‘C’ category seats of the management quota. The bench directed each college to submit the list of students.
