A roundtable conference organised by the Telangana United Front (TUF) here on Sunday pointed out the failure of the Telangana Joint Action Committee (TJAC) and TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao in achieving Telangana state and decided to float the Telangana Peoples Joint Action Committee (TPJAC) to intensify the movement.

Addressing the meeting, Congress leader and Nizamabad MP Madhu Yashki said the creation of Telangana state was inevitable. The government took the decision, but Seemanhdra leaders built pressure on Congress high command against state bifurcation, he said, ading the TRS too imposed several conditions on Congress for merger.

MLC K Dileep Kumar said Telangana state could not be formed through the votes and seats. Only serious people’s movements will achieve the Telangana state, he said and demanded that the TRS chief should disclose the details of his deliberations with Congress leadership.
