TDP Khanapur MLA Suman Rathod surrendered before the Miyapur court on Friday in connection with a land-grabbing case.
The court granted police one-day custody of Suman Rathod based on the petition filed by the KPHB police.
A case was registered on Suman Rathod for her alleged involvement in land grabbing. Police arrested two persons in connection with the case.
Suman went underground after the court issued non-bailable warrants against her. She applied for anticipatory bail which was dismissed.
