Chandrababu recalls TDP help to Uttarakhand yatris

TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu has harped on the help offered to the Char Dham pilgrims by him and his party at the party regional meeting held at Eedupugallu, near here, Thursday.

He devoted good part of his speech on narrating the steps taken to extend assistance to stranded pilgrims in Uttarakhand. He said that TDP was not only a political party but also a social service organisation that helped many farmers and other needy people in the state. He alleged that chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and the Congress party had failed completely in providing assistance to hundreds of Char Dham yatris.

TDP workers have also set up huge flexis calling Naidu ‘Magadheerudu’ for saving the lives of hundreds of Char Dham yatris. He said he would put his first signature on the farmers’ loan waiver file if voted to power and develop Vijayawada and Guntur into a mega city.
