Minister for Secondary Education Kolusu Parthasarathi said they would approach the State Election Commissioner to know if they could issue DSC notification as panchyat poll code is in force.
Speaking to the media here on Monday, he said Chief Minister had cleared the notification for over 20,000 teacher posts and issued a press note before the election notification was issued. But the school education department did not issue a formal notification by the time the election code came into force.
