The State Cabinet meeting which was scheduled for July 12 is likely to be postponed to a later date, as chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy will be attending the Congress core committee meeting in Delhi on the day. However, there is no official confirmation of this.
Some ministers from Andhra region too are learnt to be planning to go to Delhi on July 12 to meet Congress top leaders.
Though there was no official information about the cancellation of July 12 Cabinet meeting, the chief minister reportedly informed major irrigation minister P Sudarshan Reddy about it, after a review of Jalayagnam programme.
