IVRCL bags contracts worth Rs 1,097 crore

City-based IVRCL said its building, water and power businesses have won contracts worth Rs 1,097.57 crore. While the buildings division bagged contracts worth Rs 573.12 crore, the company’s water division won contracts worth Rs 471.82 crore. Similarly, power business secured projects worth Rs 52.63 crore, IVRCL said in a statement here on Friday.

It also bagged a Rs 311.15 crore order from Orissa Water Supply and Sewerage Board for construction of sewers in Bhubaneswar and a Rs 63.66 crore order from Assam Urban Infrastructure Investment Programme for setting up water supply main pipelines and allied works in Guwahati.

Another order includes a Rs 102.66-crore contract from the Bihar government for extension of the Patna High Court and a Rs 51 crore project to build a cricket stadium in Guntur.
