Tirumala annual fete from October 5th

The annual Brahmothsavams of the Lord Venkateswara temple will be held from October 5 to 13 and the chief minister will present the ‘vasthrams’ to the Lord.

The TTD held a meeting with the heads of various departments on Wednesday to discuss the conduct of the event. Speaking to the media, TTD joint executive officer KS Sreenivasa Raju said that the Salakatla Brahmotsavams will begin with Dhwajarohanam while Chakrasnanam will end the event. Garuda Seva would be held on October 9 and the Swarnaratham on October 10 and the Rathotsavam on October 12.
