Kiran ends tour with temple visit

Chittoor/Kadapa: Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Monday wound up his three-day tour to Chittoor, Kadapa and Anantapur districts with a visit to the Bhairaveswara Temple at Seelamvaripalli in Gurramkonda mandal in Chittoor district.  It is customary for him to visit this temple whenever he visits the district. It is said that the deity in this 300-year-old temple is very sacred and powerful.  In the 2004 elections, Kiran Reddy had filed his nomination papers only after having ‘darshan’ of Bhairaveswara at this temple. After participating in the Rachabanda progamme in Rayachoti, Kiran Kumar Reddy flew to Renigunta airport in a helicopter. From there he left for Hyderabad.
