VIJAYAWADA: Ten passengers suffered minor injuries when an RTC bus overturned near Chatrai in Krishna district Wednesday. The bus, belonging to Nuzvid depot, was heading to Nuzvid from Cheepurugudem.
Near Chatrai, the driver tried to steer the vehicle towards one side of the road to give way to an oncoming bus when it overturned. According to Chatrai SI N Chantibabu, there were 15 passengers in the bus of which 10 suffered minor injuries. The injured were shifted to the Chatrai government hospital and given first-aid.
