SBI Pays Tribute to Forces

VISAKHAPATNAM: SBI deputy general manager (business & operations) KN Nayak hoisted the national flag during the 68th Independence Day at the bank’s administrative office in the city.

Addressing the staff and their family members, Nayak said this I-Day was dedicated to the Armed Forces for their selfless service to the nation. He said that as the pioneer bank, SBI was proud to be part of the financial freedom of the country along with the Reserve Bank of India as the central bank.

Mementos were distributed among the security guards and prizes among the winners, and runners-up of various games and competitions conducted for staff and their family members.

Regional managers MVR Ravi Kumar and KN Prasad, assistant general manager Murali Mohan and the leaders of SBI Officers Association and SBISUHC participated in the function.
