VISAKHAPATNAM: HRD minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao has promised to develop the Government Hospital for Mental Care in Visakhapatnam with `30 crore. During his visit to the hospital Thursday, the minister expressed anger over the management for the lapses and sought a report from the collector on various allegations being levelled against the hospital staff.
