HYDERABAD: The High Court on Wednesday reserved its orders on petitions filed with regard to utilisation of funds of the higher education councils of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
AP challenged freezing of its account with SBH, alleging that the bank had frozen its account at the behest of Telangana government. The Telangana government, on the other hand, urged the court to restrain AP government and APSCHE from withdrawing money from bank accounts in respect of institutions listed in Tenth Schedule of AP Act.
