City Youth Swept Away in Waterfalls

VISAKHAPATNAM: In a tragic incident, a youth accidentally fell into the water and went missing at Gadigummi waterfall near Valasmpeta village of Koyyuru mandal of Visakhapatnam agency Thursday morning. The police are conducting search operations with the help of swimmers.

According to sources, 28-year-old K Navin, a resident of Visakhapatnam city and an employee of a private company, went to Gudigummi waterfall along with his friends on Thursday morning. He went to the waterfall for bathing. Navin was suddenly pulled by the water current and went missing. Though his frieds tried to save him all their efforts were in vain. On being informed, the police rushed to the spot and launched search operations.
