VISAKHAPATNAM: City-based CIA Study Centre celebrated the birth anniversary of founder of Indian Express Ramnath Goenka at their premises Saturday. The organisers recalled the contributions of Ramnath Goenka,who led a generation of patriots from the front.
On the occasion, CIA centre director Y Raman said that the Indian Express, founded by Ramnath Goenka, is a thought-provoking newspaper and a voice of the voiceless millions. He described Goenka as a great patriot who made the nation proud.
Freelancer A Bhargav said that he could not resist appreciating the Indian Express and the values Goenka had laid. “It is a newspaper with a difference,” he added.
