VISAKHAPATNAM: The Devarapalli police arrested seven people and recovered 480 kg of ganja worth `9.6 lakh from them on the outskirts of Marepalli village in Devarapalli mandal of Visakhapatnam agency Tuesday. All the arrested were daily labourers.According to Devarapalli SI D Viswanadh, the cops conducted checking on the outskirts of Marepalli and nabbed the daily wage labourers while transporting 480 kg of ganja stuffed in 24 gunny bags from the agency area to Anakapalle. The police also seized a motorcycle from them. They registered a case and arrested were sent to remand.
